根據(jù)焊接操作的實(shí)踐，設(shè)計(jì)了一種雙焊條工藝，它不僅提高了焊接的強(qiáng)度，還能保證焊縫的緊密，又很整齊，故主要采用雙焊條焊接塑料設(shè)備。不同的焊縫形式其焊接的強(qiáng)度是不同的，根據(jù)焊縫形狀共分為四類：對(duì)接焊縫、填角焊縫、對(duì)角焊縫及組合焊縫。混合澄清萃取箱的各類焊縫形狀斷面尺寸各不一樣。
